Wales CRC holds a wide variety of data, including sensitive personal data and we take our responsibility to protect this information very seriously.

Your rights
The leaflet below provides a guide into how Wales CRC upholds the rights of data subjects under the DPA.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. To obtain a copy of this personal information, a subject access request form needs to be completed together with a fee of £10 made payable to Wales CRC and sent to our Information Security Officer at Wales Community Rehabilitation Company, Llanelli Probation Office, Lloyd Street, Llanelli, SA15 2PU. This small charge for this as permitted by law.
