Who we are
We began trading as a limited company on 1st June, 2014 as part of the Government’s reform of probation services and work closely with the National Probation Service.
On 1st February, 2015 Working Links, a public, private, voluntary company became our new owners responsible for the delivery of Wales CRC services, in partnership with Innovation Wessex, a mutual company made up of former probation trust workers.
We employ around 650 staff in offices across the principality as shown below, taking on much of the work previously done by Wales Probation. We help keep Wales safe by managing low and medium risk offenders in the community and providing them with support to turn away from crime.
The map on this page shows the five local delivery units responsible for managing around 8,000 adult offenders.
